How It Works
1. Standard Inspection Process
(1-3 hours)
Spencer will inspect the condition of the home’s heating system, the central air conditioning system (temperature permitting), the interior plumbing system, the electrical system, the roof, attic and visible insulation, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, as well as the foundation, basement and structural components.
2. Optional Testing
(Radon, Meth, Mold)
Substances like radon, meth, and mold each can have serious implications. Adding these testing services to your home inspection can give you the peace of mind you need as well as protect you and others from these harmful substances. Spencer is certified and has experience with each of these tests.
3. Walk-Through with Client
(About 30 Minutes)
After Spencer performs the inspection and any testing you woul like, he will do a walk-through with you to talk about what he saw. He will identify what needs to be fixed right away, what is in good condition, and what you should keep an eye on and monitor closely. This is a great chance to ask him any questions you may have.
4. Receive your Detailed Report the Same Day
You will receive an interactive report in your email the same day. This report can be turned into a PDF and printed off.
